any opinions of suggestions in this subject? i decided to go this route becuase the closing fees killed me and i would like to keep as much cash as possible and just finance evertyhing. i have good credit and good salary so the monthly payments are doable. i know lots of people are criticizing me but why? i can save another year or two to make a bigger down payment but wouldnt the money saved just be equal to the increase in price of the same property? might as well buy early and reap the benefits, right? also i dont plan to live there for long. just a stepping stone property for something in the future.
